Your Summer 2012 Reading List

The summer months are now upon us and I'd like to offer some suggestions on reading material that will get you thinking about how you approach social media as well as where we can expect it to go in the future.

Sorry, there is no 50 Shades of Gray to be found, but I hope you enjoy these picks nonetheless:

How We Decide (Jonah Lehrer)

The Dragonfly Effect: Quick, Effective, and Powerful Ways To Use Social Media to Drive Social Change (Jennifer Aaker, Andy Smith)

Grouped: How Small Groups of Friends are the Key to Influence on the Social Web (Paul Adams)

Connected: The Surprising Power of Our Social Networks (Nicholas, Christakis, James Fowler)

Groundswell: Winning in a World Transformed by Social Technologies (Charlene Li, Josh Bernoff)

Some of these books have been around for a year or two, so if you haven't picked them up, now would be a great time to do so.  They offer excellent and relevant insights into engaging and mobilizing communities in the social media space.
